The ski pass sales point was clutch, saving us time and money. And let's not forget about the WiFi - mad fast and totally free! The room service was on point, bringing us all the snacks we needed for our late-night gaming sessions. Plus, the staff was super chill and hooked us up with the dopest recommendations for bars and clubs nearby. Best vacation ever!
If there's one thing we'd ask for, it's a sick party room with a sick sound system and sick lights. Like, a place where we could throw down and have an epic pre-game before hitting the town.

Spending Christmas in the mountains was magical. The location was surrounded by picturesque mountains, perfect for hiking and getting fresh air. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with exceptional service from the incredibly friendly staff and fantastic food served at every meal. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with stunning views from the balcony.
The hotel was a bit hard to reach by public transport. Instructions or a clearer guide beforehand would have been helpful. Additionally, one of the rooms had a shower tray that overflowed while in use, which was a bit of an inconvenience. However, overall, the experience was relaxing, with plenty of peace and tranquility in the mountains.
